The Scouts from Troop 575 would like to put on a live, virtual Pinewood Derby for the Cubs of the Northern Trails District. The race will be live-streamed, allowing your Cub families to watch from home.
Take the risk out of missing the most anticipated part of the Cub program year! (( aside from Daycamp :) ))
If your pack is interested in taking advantage of this offer from Troop 575 (their Scouts are keen to put this on!), please respond to the poll using the link below. The Derby will be held in January, allowing plenty of time to get cars built and decorated.
The Northern Trails District is presenting a merit badge clinic for Citizenship in the Nation on Saturday, 14 November, from 9 am until Noon.
To get the Zoom link to join, Scouts should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with their name and troop number. Don't forget to copy another adult on the email.
Scouts are encouraged to download the worksheet from the links at the bottom of http://www.usscouts.org/usscouts/mb/mb003.asp. Be prepared to enter information into the worksheet during the clinic, if not before the clinic.
